Sinopsis
Bienestar docente representa el intento de reconstruir, desde las investigaciones realizadas en el ámbito de la profesión docente, un campo de conocimiento que se encuentra disperso, por lo complejo que significa su abordaje y lo sensible que se presenta su interpretación. Hemos considerado que una asignatura de esta naturaleza puede ayudar a cubrir necesidades y dar respuestas, desde la reflexión e interrogación sobre determinados aspectos y variables.
Abstract
Bienestar docente (Educational well-being) represents the attempt to reconstruct, from investigations conducted in the field of the teaching, a field of knowledge which is dispersed due to its complexity and its risky interpretations. We have considered that a subject of this nature can help meet needs and give responses, from reflection and questioning of certain aspects and variables.
