Sinopsis
Ésta asignatura se propone el análisis de la seguridad jurídica en sus diferentes aspectos y del control de los riesgos más destacados y frecuentes. Algunos de sus objetivos son por ejemplo: conocer a grandes rasgos el sistema de distribución de competencias en el ámbito turístico, Identificar y manejar el conjunto de normas que regulan la actividad turística en la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias, reconocer la importancia de la seguridad en la elección del destino turístico, etc.
Abstract
This course intends to do an analysis on legal certainty in its different aspects and the most prominent and frequent risk control. Some of its objectives are for example: to know the system of distribution of competences in the tourism field, identify and handle the set of rules that regulate the tourist activity in the Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias, recognize the importance of security in the choice of tourist destination, etc.
