La aprobación del IMV constituye, sin duda, un hito jurídico-social en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, en cuanto amortiguador frente a nuevas vulnerabilidades y elemento fundamental en la reconstrucción del principio social del Estado Constitucional de Derecho, tan erosionado en los últimos tiempos. Esta obra pretende ofrecer una imagen completa, interdisciplinar y dinámica del IMV, comprendiendo no solo su funcionamiento actual (jurídico y de gestión), con sus deficiencias y sus expectativas, sino también sus posibilidades de futuro. SUMMARY The approval of the MLI (Minimum Living Income) is undoubtedly a legal and social milestone in our legal system, as a buffer against new vulnerabilities and as a fundamental element in the reconstruction of the social principle of the Constitutional State of Law, so eroded in recent times. This work aims to offer a complete, interdisciplinary, and dynamic image of the MLI, understanding not only its current functioning (legal and managerial), with its shortcomings and expectations, but also its future possibilities.
