This book compiles contributions presented to three international workshops that took place in University of La Laguna in 2012 within the frame of Campus de Excelencia Regional. The first one aimed to reconstruct the past climate of Macaronesia, the second was focused on how climate change is affecting marine ecosystems and the third deepened on the regional modelling of climate change.
