Sinopsis
La asignatura tiene como objetivo fundamental facilitar la toma de contacto del alumno con una serie de operaciones que se producen en el sector turístico y que dan lugar a la provisión de servicios de alimentos y bebidas. Con el desarrollo de esta asignatura el alumno se introducirá en la realidad empresarial de las empresas o unidades empresariales dedicadas a proporcionar servicios de alimentos y bebidas.
Abstract
This subject main objective is to facilitate the student contact with a series of operations that occur in the tourism sector and that give rise to the provision of food and beverage services. With the development of this subject students will be introduced to the business reality of companies or business units dedicated to providing food and beverage services.
