Sinopsis
El libro está estructurado en tres partes. La primera de ellas, se compone de estudios sobre la traducción de diversos textos literarios para niños donde se tratan dos temas: los anglicismos, como una de las dificultades del traductor, debido a la tendencia social de dejarse arrastrar por la cultura anglosajona, y la intertextualidad de literatura, cine y género, viendo la adaptación como forma de traducción y canal de intercambio cultural. En la última parte, dedicada a la literatura y el nuevo milenio, se estudia la obra El perfume, donde la autora reflexiona sobre nuevas formas de atraer la curiosidad de los lectores con obras que causan extrañeza y emociones primitivas.
Abstract
This book is structured in three parts. The first one is composed of studies on the translation of various books for children, which covers two topics: the anglicisms, as one of the difficulties of the translator, because of the social trend of being dragged by the Anglo-Saxon culture, and Intertextuality in literature, cinema and genre, seeing the adaptation as a form of translation and cultural exchange channel. The last part, dedicated to the literature and the new millennium, examines the renowned novel The Perfume, where the author ponders new ways to attract the curiosity of readers with works that cause surprise and primitive emotions.
